Due to the unique nature of pre-owned and collectible watches, all sales are handled with a focus on transparency, accuracy, and fairness.

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made on Topwatch24 are final.

We do not accept:
● Returns
● Exchanges
● Full refunds

Once an order has been delivered and received by the customer. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to pre-owned, vintage, and
collectible watches.

2. Condition & Product Representation

We make every effort to:
● Accurately describe each watch
● Clearly disclose condition, completeness (Box & Papers), and visible wear
● Provide detailed images for review prior to purchase

As pre-owned items may show signs of previous use, minor variations consistent with age and wear are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details and images before completing a purchase.

3. Resolution Process for Post-Delivery Concerns

If you have concerns regarding your watch after delivery — including questions about condition or quality — we encourage you to contact our support team promptly.

Each case will be handled through a one-to-one consultation process, during which we
will:

● Assess the product details and transaction history
● Work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, where applicable

4. Possible Resolution Outcomes

Depending on the nature of the concern, and at our sole discretion, resolutions may include:

● A price adjustment
● Another mutually agreed solution

● Full returns or full refunds are not offered
● Resolution outcomes are evaluated case by case
● Decisions are made based on product condition, listing accuracy, and supporting

5. Exclusions & Limitations

The following situations are not eligible for resolution:

● Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
● Normal wear consistent with the watch’s age
● Damage caused after delivery
● Issues arising from improper use or third-party modification

To initiate a resolution request, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the watch, as confirmed by delivery records.

All resolution requests must be submitted through our Contact page by completing the designated support form. When submitting a request, customers are required to provide:

● Their order ID
● A clear description of the concern
● Any relevant supporting information or images, where applicable

Once the request is received, our support team will review the details and promptly reach
out to the customer
to begin the resolution process.
